We’ll also take a few moments before and after your session to discuss your concerns and how you are feeling.
Once any questions are answered, you will be invited to select an essential oil for aromatherapy, guided by your preferences or goals. Soft, calming music will play as you lie fully clothed on the therapy table (or in a reclining chair if you prefer). A light eye cover will be provided to support deep relaxation.
We will begin with a few deep breaths and a moment for you to set an intention for your healing session. Crystals may be placed on your seven chakras (or beside them, if you prefer), and additional crystal work can be incorporated for specific areas of concern. Gentle hand placements—either directly on or just above the body, depending on your comfort—will be used to guide energy flow. Warm stones and cool crystals may also be placed throughout the session to promote balance and relaxation.
As the energy work unfolds, any areas of tension or imbalance will be addressed with care. This hands-on energy treatment is designed to leave you feeling calm, centered, and renewed.
To close, you will be invited to take a few grounding breaths and rest for a moment before we gently conclude the session. Afterwards, we’ll take time to reflect on your experience and answer any questions.
You will also be given your aromatherapy disc to take home. This can be used during times of stress as a way to reconnect with the sense of peace and relaxation you experienced during your session.
